The conference will again be held at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL. The dates for the conference are April 14-16, 2014. The price for a booth is $600.00 ($630.00 On-Line) included are two vendor registrations. We are offering something new this year. If you have more than one space, the second and third spaces are $300.00 ($315.00 On-Line) this includes one badge. Additional vendor badges are $35.00 ($38.00 On-Line), we do ask that you register all people who will be working at your display.
The show hours on Tuesday are the same last year. The exhibit hall will open at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday April 15, 2014 and close at 6:00P.M. There will be a buffet luncheon from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the exhibit hall and a reception in the exhibit hall from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
On Tuesday morning we are having our keynote address at 9:30 A.M. and there will be no other sessions that morning. We will be encouraging all attendees to go to the exhibit hall for the rest of the morning and through lunch. The remainder of our technical sessions will begin at 1:30 P.M.
During the two hour window on Tuesday morning we are encouraging all vendors to set up demonstrations or short training sessions at their booths. If you have a short session that would qualify for CEU’s let us know in advance and we will try to get it approved by the EPA.
On Wednesday April 16, 2014 the show hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Also, on the exhibit application form we have included a space to order tickets to the awards banquet for those who wish to attend.
We are continuing to make changes with the hope that each conference will be more successful than the last and that both the Association and the number of vendors will continue to grow.
